Interiors by Deesign is owned by Dee Dee Cole. Dee Dee has known since high school her calling was Interior Design. After high school she attended California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo as an Interior Design Major. Heading into her senior year of college, Dee Dee felt a Business Degree would be far more beneficial in building a design business. She graduated in 1994 with a Business Administration Degree. She later attended FIDM to acquire additional design courses. She started her own business as a designer. After a couple of years she took a long hiatus to raise her son. In 2013 she began decorating interior spaces for the holidays for Hollywood A-listers. This seasonal work allowed her to nurture her creative side while maintaining her “stay at home mom” status. In 2017 she began working part time at The Duchess, a home and garden boutique/interior design firm. This allowed her to learn the retail side of the business and to work part time as designer without giving up her “stay at home mom” status, or her seasonal holiday design business. She is now designing for her own firm, Interiors by Deesign.
